We built a highly optimized MediaPipe-based pose detection pipeline tailored specifically for rhythm gaming (reduced model size + focused landmark selection for speed without accuracy loss). Developed a custom motion-smoothing & noise-filtering algorithm that eliminates jitter while keeping latency imperceptible. Implemented adaptive, player-specific calibration (height, arm length, lighting compensation) for consistent performance across devices and environments.
